Responsibilities
Manage the books for five different companies within our portfolio, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Handle financial transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments, for various business operations.
Proficiently utilize QuickBooks to record and maintain financial data for all companies.
Prepare and file necessary tax forms, including 941s, 1099s, and W2s, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Monitor financial activity and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management promptly.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Provide support during audits and assist with financial reporting as needed.
Cash flow forecasting
Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheet sheets tracking total Fund metrics, monthly fund metrics and other aspects of the lending business.
Learn to prepare excel spreadsheets that analyze potential loans.
Maintain and audit loan files to meet in-house compliance standards.
Input data into and maintain specific areas of our loan servicing platform (Baseline).
