Job Overview:

Seeking a dedicated Controls Field Service professional for a role requiring 80% travel, mainly by airplane, across the USA. You will be responsible for the installation, programming, start-up, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting of Copeland Supermarket controls products and services at various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Tasks: Perform installations, programming, commissioning, site surveys, and audits. Provide emergency service and on-site start-ups.

  • Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines, wear PPE, report incidents within 24 hours, and conduct EHS surveys.

  • Administration: Complete service requests, timesheets, expense reports, and provide customer technical support.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure effective communication, provide timely documentation, and strive for first-time fixes.

  • Performance: Optimize service opportunities, maintain productivity, evaluate sites, and adhere to company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in HVAC/REF or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet software, and Windows 10/11.

  • Certification in refrigerant handling.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to mechanical parts, weather conditions, extreme temperatures, electrical risks, wet/humid conditions, heights, fumes, and vibrations.
