Randstad Staffing is currently hiring Customer Service Advocates for a local financial servicing company in Johnston, RI. You will be handling a high volume of calls and serving as a primary point of contact for applicants and customers. This is a temporary position to support peak volume periods. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, customers, and partners
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service by actively advocating on behalf of customers
Address inquiries, provide support solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Handle inbound/outbound calls (200/day)
Gain additional information about customers' needs, de-escalating upset customers, and providing solutions to customer concerns/problems
Actively listen to customer inquiries to determine their needs and provide accurate information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications
Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal regulations.
