As a Collection Recovery Specialist you will be responsible for fielding a variety of customer calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customers. salary: $17 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
As a Collection Recovery Specialist, Job Duties include:
Ensure Accurate Transaction processing while monitoring work flows to improve efficiencies.
Adhere to policy and compliance guidelines regarding security of customer information. Including local, state and federal laws.
Adhere to system documentation, policies and procedures to ensure accurate operational reporting.
Perform moderately complex research for customer issues and follow through to resolution in an efficient manner and time frame.
Skills:
1 + years of Collections experience or Customer Support in a Banking Environment.
Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices.
Proven problem solving, research and analytical abilities and be proficient in PC skills and MS office
Demonstrated proactive self-starter who responds positively to requests and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
