We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to our client. The role involves conducting research, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions, including making outbound calls to clients and car dealerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks independently. If you have at least 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment then this is the role for you!
salary: $18 - $19.68 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, job duties include:
Make outbound calls to car dealerships to maintain ongoing business-to-business relationships and collect necessary information.
Enter data accurately into Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Pull historical reports and email information to dealerships or internal colleagues as required.
Spend approximately 50% of work time on the phone.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently.
Skills:
2+ years of Administrative support working in a Corporate environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to keep information organized and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent customer service skills.
