We are seeking a Self-Starting, Growth-Minded Process Engineer to join our team!
Under the general supervision of Technical Manager, the Process Engineer makes recommendations for changes in Production process or equipment, from raw material handling through finished product packaging.
Education
This position required a B. S. Degree in a technical discipline or a demonstrated proficiency of engineering methods, with 0-5 years of experience.

responsibilities:
SPECIFIC DUTIES
IMPROVES the efficiency of existing processes and equipment.
IMPROVES the yield and quality of the product.
DEFINES and SOLVES problems that cause process upsets and quality or yield deficiencies.
ASSISTS in ensuring proper product flow to maximize production efficiency.
WORKS with department and maintenance supervision to define, coordinate and resolve problems in the department.
IMPROVES production processes to the economical optimum.
COLLECTS data and ANALYZES data to make recommendations for product or process changes.
COORDINATES with other plant groups and outside vendors, when needed, to solve present or potential future problems.
COORDINATES with Engineering and Maintenance on Capital Projects.
PROVIDES troubleshooting assistance to area supervision.
PERFORMS other duties and special projects as directed.
