Looking for a candidate who can perform daily routine of vital systems and report findings. Equipment inspections and Preventive maintenance activities daily, monthly, and quarterly with ahigh level of precision. Trouble shoot failed equipment and investigate root cause of failure. Rebuild pumps, blowers, gearboxes, and slide gate devices. Balance multiple tasks to completion based on plant priority. Teach and mentor less experience colleges to develop team. Qualifications:
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, motors, controls, and other plant equipment according to established procedures.
Troubleshoot electrical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions.
Repair and replace faulty electrical components, such as motors, transformers, relays, switches, and control panels.
Install new electrical equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and replacements.

Responsibilities
Essential job functions:
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, motors, controls, and other plant equipment according to established procedures.
Troubleshoot electrical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions.
Repair and replace faulty electrical components, such as motors, transformers, relays, switches, and control panels.
Install new electrical equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and replacements.
Identify functional failures through trouble shooting methods and make decisions toreplace or rebuild failed component.
Routine maintenance on all equipment: Inspections, filters change, oil change, grease,purge clogged lines and document findings.
Trouble shoot electrical components motor starters, solid state relays, overloads, fuses,safety circuits, motors, solenoids.
Pneumatic equipment trouble shooting slide gates, blow down devices, solenoids.
Powder conveying system; Vacuum pumps, sheave alignment, drive belts, level sensors.
