A valued client of ours is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain their financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments. Their will be the opportunity for a permanent role with this fine company. This would allow the selected candidate to have full access to their benefits and career advancement opportunities.
salary: $23 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
Skills
General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)
Financial Statements (2 years of experience is required)
Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
SAP (2 years of experience is required)
