We are seeking a skilled Assembler with a background in inductors and transformers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, with proficiency in soldering and ideally, coil winding and bonding. This position is crucial to our operations as it involves working with intricate components that are essential to our product line. Responsibilities
Assemble inductors and transformers using specified techniques and procedures.
Operate and maintain pull winder machines for coil winding.
Collaborate closely with the inspection department to ensure quality standards are met.
Work alongside engineers and test technicians to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.
Complete necessary paperwork (travelers) with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain a high level of organization in the workspace to ensure efficient production flow.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to perform assembly tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
