Responsibilities
A Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees the QA team, ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. They develop and implement quality control procedures, supervise inspection and testing processes, and maintain detailed documentation of QA activities. Additionally, they identify and implement improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and addressing customer concerns to enhance overall quality and satisfaction.
