responsibilities:

• Communicates with all appropriate departments and key personnel regarding initial system design, features, capabilities, and implementation schedule.

• Working with Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) to establish risk analysis and mitigation plans, schedules, trackers, financial plans.

• Track schedules, risks, product costs, and project expenses.

• Drive execution of material orders for projects and key milestones ensuring company and customer expectations are met.

• Coordinate across all required disciplines/functions, to include but not be limited to Field Engineers, Staging Teams, Purchasing, and Order Entry.

• Facilitate effective communication across the organizations, both verbal and written.

• Effectively accepts and completes special assignments and projects as directed.

• Constantly projects a positive demeanor and willingness to take on new challenges.

• Establishes and maintains effective external and internal communications, exhibiting the highest level of credibility with co-workers and customers. Regard as both internal and external customers.

• Exhibits desirable and appropriate professional behavior including, sense of urgency, independent judgement, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.
