The Customer Support Team Lead will manage the queue volume, run reports, meet with team members 1:1, attend meetings, SalesForce testing, a backup for the customer phone line and help in production when needed. This is a possible temp to hire Hybrid opportunity. Must be able to work in office the first week for training and then 1 to 2 days week once traing is completed. Qualifications:

  • Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management

  • At 1 to 2 years experience as a Team lead

  • Comfortable speaking in meetings, even on behalf of manager

  • Excellent Attention to detail

  • Ability to handle being in a busy department and can multi-task

  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills

  • Champion new ideas

  • Positive attitude

  • Manage priorities - ask for help when needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

salary: $25 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • This position will be a co team leader and will will work with other team leader and share in the responsibilities.

  • Will meet monthly with some of the team, go to meetings, run reports, help ensure the workload is being managed.

  • Testing new enhancements both in test and production systems.

  • Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management

  • Team lead of an operations team

  • Comfortable with speaking in meetings, even on behalf of manager

  • Must be able to handle being in a busy department and can multi-task

  • Ability to Manage priorities and ask for help when needed
