Role: Senior Sourcing Recruiter, Source & Screen
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment: Full Time
As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition environment to ensure efficient talent delivery to internal clients/ customers, drive the processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our US colleagues.

Work on high level diversity & inclusion/ IT roles/ niche roles
Achieve client stakeholder buy-in on the sourcing plans at role/ department level
Give context to data and use it to advise and consult
Use advanced sourcing channels (segmentation)
Use employer brand throughout sourcing techniques/ plans
Drive the maintenance & utilisation of talent communities within aligned area/ account
Conduct more advanced market research, produce & use market intel report / talent snapshot for broader role types/ geographies/ client functions etc.
What you need to bring
Ability to perform passive sourcing & grassroots
Ability to perform sourcing on niche roles (IT & Non-IT)
Ability to perform DE&I Sourcing (Diversity Equity and Inclusion)
Achieved at least an average of 100% both lead and/ or lag indicator in 2022
Ability to pull market insights and utilize it for sourcing
Ability to perform social media sourcing
