Our client is seeking a well qualified candidate to fill our Maintenance Technician III position at a climate controlled specialized valve company. This candidate will be responsible for assisting the maintenance lead with daily activities and assignment of work orders. Will also perform and lead repairs while providing instructions and training to lower-level technicians on process and repair techniques. If you have at least 7 years of maintenance technician experience and are able to repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, trouble shoot PLC and CNC then I would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to determine causes of machine failure with little supervision. Perform basic diagnostic tests, checking performance, and testing machine parts for wear and damage to determine if major or minor repairs are necessary. Complete and lead complicated repairs with minimal supervision in a sensible and effective order. Dismantles, inspects, repairs, adjusts and/or replaces faulty parts or wiring as required. Reassembles, tests and adjusts equipment for safe and proper operation upon repair completion. Ability to analyze and decipher technical content quickly. Assists and performs repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, HVAC, water filtration, air and oil mist extraction. Assist with sourcing, maintaining and ordering of spare parts and equipment for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation of the same.
