Position is 100% remote but candidates must reside in Texas Previous healthcare call center experience is required Pay rate: $17/hour Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm cst Work equipment will be provided/shipped out Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and medical terminology High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to members to follow-up coordinating healthcare needs
Assist members with locating and scheduling appointments with their primary care providers
Set up transportation for appointments
Redirect members to other departments, as needed
Document calls in the systems
