Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries, either by phone, email, or live chat
Provide timely follow up via outbound calls or email
Document customer interations within CRM (data entry)
Follow scripts and guidelines for consistent customer support
Collaborate with team members and other administrative staff as needed
Maintain professional verbal and written communication
Skills
Telephone Etiquette
Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)
Call Center (2 years of experience is required)
Spanish (2 years of experience is preferred)
