Randstad is supporting a leading global management and information technology consulting firm who is in search to hire a Sr Recruiting Specialist. The hiring manager is looking for someone who has experience working in a DoD environment or supporting government contracts. All applicants must be local to Honolulu as this requires a hybrid schedule. Non-local applicants will not be considered.
salary: $30 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruiting including conducting intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing and reviewing applications, conduction phone screens, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, extending and negotiating offers, initiating background check and onboarding.
Company process is compliance heavy due to nature of work being supporting U.S. Government contracts
