Randstad US Advisory Director in Home based/remote within the UK, United Kingdom

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving business growth and market differentiation? Randstad Enterprise is seeking an experienced Advisory Director to join our Talent Advisory team. This senior role is key to propelling value creation for our clients through strategic consulting and innovative solutions.

As the Advisory Director, you will play a critical role in executing strategic consulting engagements across our global businesses. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (Principal Consultant), you will lead client engagements, develop consulting recommendations, and contribute to the creation of best practices and methodology assets. Your focus areas will include people experience, culture, ED&I, employer branding, and storytelling.

What will you do?

  • Lead high-impact consulting engagements with top global brands.

  • Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide strategic consultation services to clients and partners.

  • Utilize Randstad’s diagnostic tools, data & insights, and methodology to address complex client issues and develop innovative solutions.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.

  • Support business development activities, including proposals, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.

  • Engage with Randstad Sales, Account Executive Management, and Client Service Delivery teams to identify client needs and value creation opportunities.

  • Develop practice assets such as assessments, project plans, data sets, market research, and financial models.

  • Establish workforce consulting practice methodology and approach.

  • Publish thought leadership content to position Randstad as a leader in workforce consultancy.

  • Foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.

  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with our leadership framework to drive team engagement and results.

  • Promote an entrepreneurial spirit, inclusion, diversity of thought, and team orientation.

What will you bring?

  • Extensive experience in HR transformation, employer branding, and end-to-end people experience consulting.

  • Proven ability to manage change and senior stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Digital fluency and adaptability to emerging technologies.

  • Independent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in a second language is preferred.

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the global talent market.

  • Demonstrated transformational change management skills.

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage clients and drive value creation.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

Location: This role is based within the EMEA timezone and requires regional and global travel.
