Join a growing company and learn everything that goes on behind the scenes in the world of beauty supplies. A leading, wholesale beauty supply distributor located in Suffolk County and is looking for a Credit and Returns Specialist with strong communication, organization, and customer service skills to join our team within our busy Returns Department and learn our business. is this for you?
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Generate daily Customer Service reports to track inventory return issues that require
further investigation
Credit customers' accounts for defective, damaged, or missing merchandise and
expedite replacement orders
Work closely with warehouse management staff to research customer shortage claims
Process credit claims for shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.) regarding damaged and
missing merchandise
Take ownership of all processes and manage projects and customer issues through to
final resolution
Receive cross training and act as a backup to other positions within the Credit and
Customer Service Departments to provide support as needed
