Responsibilities
Process expense transactions in a timely manner with high levels of accuracy
Review all expense ransactions for completeness and required information; resolve any discrepancies or approve for payment
Follow all program policies and procedures for each individual organization
Elevate any transactions with user comment or other issues as needed to CW Admin
Collaborate with client admins and approval team to assist with questions or issues
Keep current on product updates, improvements, and changes regarding transaction queue
Identify and define any bugs and effectively communicate issue with CW Admin
