Responsibilities
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
Match printed checks with necessary backup documents for proper payment application.
Process invoices and check requests, ensuring appropriate approval levels.
Convert vendors to electronic invoice submission and electronic payments.
Match PO invoices to ensure 3-way match of invoice to PO and receipts.
Assist with month-end and year-end preparation, reporting accruals, and annual 1099 processing.
Other accounting duties as assigned.
