We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.
Perform quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
Adjust machine settings to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
