Join our clients team as a Production Manager! Ideal candiate will have a background in manufacturing refrigeration. You will oversee production activities, ensure efficiency and quality, and drive continuous improvement. If you have 5+ years in operations leadership, technical expertise in machine assembly, and communication skills, now to lead our team to excellence.

responsibilities:
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies.
Previous experience in refrigerated equipment manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical engineering or operations leadership in manufacturing.
Proficiency in machine assembly processes, with refrigeration systems knowledge preferred.
Ability to lead and develop collaborative work teams.
Refrigeration certification preferred.
Oversee and ensure efficient production activities and assembly processes.
Maintain knowledge of all manufacturing processes and equipment.
Plan and optimize equipment layout and material flow with the management team.
Achieve production targets for performance, efficiency, and quality.
Promote adherence to work and safety protocols.
Resolve workplace conflicts through coaching and counseling.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to production staff.
Collaborate cross-functionally to adjust work procedures for production schedules.
