Your Role:
Create & Optimize: Develop and fine-tune CNC programs using cutting-edge CAD/CAM software, turning blueprints into high-precision parts.
Enhance Efficiency: Optimize programs to boost machining efficiency, cut cycle times, and minimize material waste.
Simulate & Test: Run detailed simulations to ensure program accuracy and troubleshoot any issues before production.
Support Setup: Provide comprehensive setup instructions and support to CNC Machinists for seamless operations.
✔️ Ensure Quality: Collaborate with quality control teams to meet and exceed part specifications, making necessary program adjustments.
Document & Maintain: Keep meticulous records of CNC programs, tool libraries, and setup sheets.
Innovate Continuously: Stay ahead with the latest CNC technology advancements and propose improvements to enhance processes.
salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
