Job Description: As a Pharmaceutical Setup Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of machinery used in the production of pharmaceutical products. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
Performing equipment setup and changeovers according to production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Collaborating with production supervisors and quality assurance personnel to address equipment-related issues and ensure product quality and safety.
Documenting equipment maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and parts replacement, in maintenance logs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Participating in equipment upgrades, installations, and validation activities as needed.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, and company policies.
