Operate state-of-the-art mixing equipment to blend pharmaceutical ingredients according to precise formulations and batch records.
Monitor mixing processes closely, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
Conduct routine inspections and tests to verify the accuracy of ingredient measurements and the homogeneity of mixtures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, research and development, and production, to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Document all production activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining batch records and production logs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities
Operate compounding/mixing machines to mix raw materials according to specified formulas and production schedules. Set up and adjust machine controls to ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and processing times. Monitor machine operations to detect any abnormalities or deviations from quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch requirements and record production data accurately. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate with quality control personnel to conduct periodic quality checks on finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mixing area, including proper storage of materials and supplies. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
