We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronic Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our electronic products. Responsibilities
Utilize a variety of measurement tools and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, surface roughness testers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical comparators, vision systems, and force gauges.
Conduct visual inspections to identify physical defects such as soldering defects, component misalignment, damage, or contamination.
Perform functional tests using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and function generators to verify voltage levels, current flow, signal integrity, and functionality.
Conduct continuity tests to ensure proper electrical connections and identify any open or short circuits.
Inspect circuits and components at various stages of production to ensure compliance with assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Conduct final inspections of assembled circuits and components to verify correct installation, soldering, alignment, and functionality.
Perform first article inspections by thoroughly examining the first production unit or batch to validate compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
Perform visual and functional inspections of electronic components, circuits, and assemblies at different stages of production, including in-process, final, and first article inspections.
