Would you like a new opportunity with weekly pay? Did we mention holiday pay and paid time off benefits? We are looking for call center customer service representatives to join our team in Harrisburg, PA!
In this position you will: assist customers with questions over the phone, input data on the computer, look up data on the computer, access account information through a computer system, handle customer complaints and provide resolutions, record details of customer calls, follow specific procedures and policies, data entry of customer specific information, review documents and more!

Responsibilities
Process tag fulfillment requests for existing/new customer accounts
Process incoming mail, email correspondence, faxes and update accounts accordingly
Procss/fulfill customer initiated communication requests through the web and mobile app
Process customer disputes
Answer incoming phone calls from existing customer and/or potential customer's questions regarding ezpass
