Randtad Finance & Accounting is currently seeking two experience Accounting Specialist for long term roles. These positions are with a prominent client based in Harrisburg, will be 100% on site during the training period and will go hybrid, requiring 2 - 3 days in office a week based on the work load. Top candidates will have a minimum of two years experience in an accounting role where they handled accounts payable, acccounts receivable and GL functions.
salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Intake of AP invoices and preparation of voucher upload file
Billing
Process deposits
Posting journal entries
Reconciliation
Skills
Journal Entries (2 years of experience is required)
Cash Applications (2 years of experience is preferred)
Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred)
