Quality Engineer for a leading manufacturing facility based near Hamilton, OH. This role is responsible for for implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma concepts to enhance the quality system. To be considered - Bachelor degree in Engineering with Quality experience within a manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Must have with at least two (2) years of Quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Application of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, statistical methods
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, 8D, Kaizen events, Six Sigma tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Process Auditing, Process Capability analysis, ISO, Poka Yoke design

Responsible for implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma concepts
Developing manufacturing PFMEAs, Control Plans and recognizing and achieving improvements in tooling and processes
Participate and conduct continual improvement activities, such as 5S, SPS, Six Sigma and ISO, to enhance the quality system
Assist in establishing, implementing and maintenance of the quality management systems
Responsible for monitoring and reporting key metrics and developing improvement plan
