Are you passionate about technology and thrive in fast-paced environments? We're seeking a talented individual to join our trading floor team as a Support Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist our trading desk with application and hardware support, ensuring optimal performance in our high-stakes trading and sales environment.
As a Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our team, gaining superior knowledge of our Business Line applications and providing in-depth support to our trading and sales teams. You'll also have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, including IPC Turrets, Cisco phones, and mobile devices, while collaborating with our remote technology teams and external vendors.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
Act as primary liaison between trading floor, technical groups and vendors.
Facilitate the tracking, escalation, and resolution of production issues.
Provide hardware, software and telephone equipment support.
Monitor system health.
Candidate will escalate incidents to developers, server and network engineers when needed.
Deploying, configuring and tuning Windows workstations.
Conduct trading desk moves.
This position requires flexible hours when needed.
