We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work in a fast-paced office environment answering inbound calls. This opportunity is with reputable healthcare company which offers full-service home medical equipment to patients. In this role you will completing order processing over the phone, and troubleshooting equipment issues with patients. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills. This role is 100% on site, located in Norcross, GA 30071. Please if interested!
salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Provide accurate information about products and services
Assist customers in placing orders and ensure order accuracy
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Process payments and provide order confirmations
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
