A growing industry leading manufacturer is hiring an Root Cause Analysis engineer in Garner for their industrial equipment! Direct Hire w/full benefits including an ESOP. You would work through equipment/engineering concerns with/on equipment, 30% travel to customer sites across the country handling equipment start-up, installation, maintenance, R&D, sales, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
Work through equipment/engineering concerns with and on industrial equipment.
Full root cause analysis with closed-loop communication (8D or other similar way of thinking).
Incorporate design engineering changes as required based on feedback from the field
Travel to various customer locations (30%) throughout the country and internationally to assist with equipment installs, maintenance, R&D, and troubleshooting.
Assist and train clients with equipment optimization so they may achieve the maximum efficiency and performance from their system.
Travel and assist salesmen with technical support during the quotation and sales process as required.
Ensure field issues are sustainably resolved in engineering.
