Do you have experience leading and managing teams in a heavy manufacturing facility? Are you confident in your ability to implement lean manufacturing and cost saving tactics? If so, to this Production Leader role where you will have the opportunity to manage a team that oversees production and quality implementation.
salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Responsibilities
Lead a team at our Garland Plant
Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
