responsibilities:
Development support role to provide first level triage of production issues, bugs, questions and research. Work with business and other developers to find and resolve root causes and provide solutions.
Should be available 24/7 to debug/support production issues that should arise.
Will be first point of contact for production issues.
Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and resolving production issues.
Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
