Industry leader seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead PLC programming and troubleshooting efforts, as well as automation system design, configeration, and integration. responsibilities:
Analyze and identify opportunities for automation within the manufacturing process
Participate in automation system design and integration
Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and develop Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control and monitor automated equipment and processes
Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to oversee the installation and commissioning of new automated systems
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to understand their needs and ensure the designed automation solutions effectively address process requirements
requirements:
BS Electrical Engineering or similar
PLC experience: programming and systems configuration
Experience with process and equipment improvement projects
Automation system layout and design experience
AC/DC motors and drives experience
