This is a TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR position. The coordinator organizes the transport, handling, storage and transportation of goods and provision of logistic services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments - Monitor all shipments in transit - Receives and tracks all shipping notifications from Shippers. - Handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues, damaged products, and late deliveries. Competencies: - Exceptional customer service skills - Maintain and reconcile weekly and monthly reporting. - Knowledge/Experience with Importing/Freight Forwarding preferable. Education and/or Experience: ยท Diploma/ Associates degree from college or Bachelor's Degree in Management. - Experience in the Transportation industry is a plus - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven organization skills - Sense of urgency - Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and fast-paced work environment.
