Randstad is collaborating with a leading eco-friendly building company in Deerfield. If you possess strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and computer proficiency, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A minimum of 2 years of dispatch, customer service, or logistics experience
Proactive with the ability to manage heavy workloads
Capable of working both independently and in teams
Skilled in multitasking and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments
Ability to remain calm and de-escalate high-stress situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
Schedule deliveries with carriers according to customer-provided times.
Maintain positive and upbeat communication with customers and other departments.
Resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly.
Exceed customer expectations consistently.
Monitor order status for timely delivery and notify customers of delays.
Document schedules, diversions, and cancellations in systems.
Develop solutions for conflicting customer requirements.
Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
