Growing Wholesale Building Products Company leader in the industry is offering a Full-time opportunity as a Dispatcher position. We are looking for a highly energetic professional with excellent multitasking skills. Do you give an impeccable service? Do you worry about the details? Are you a problem solver? salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Receiving and Assessing Calls: Answer and evaluate the nature and urgency of incoming calls to prioritize responses.
Dispatching Resources: Send appropriate services (emergency, transportation, logistics) to the scene or destination.
Monitoring and Tracking: Track the location and status of dispatched units using GPS and other tools, providing updates as necessary.
Providing Instructions and Support: Offer pre-arrival instructions to callers and support to field personnel.
Scheduling and Route Planning: Plan and optimize schedules and routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handling Emergencies: Address unexpected situations such as delays, accidents, or breakdowns promptly and effectively.
Maintaining Records: Accurately log details of calls, dispatches, and actions taken in a database.
Communication: Maintain constant and clear communication with callers, field personnel, and other departments or agencies.
Operating a Forklift: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
Loading and Unloading Materials: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of materials to ensure smooth operations.
The essential functions of this role include:
