Responsibilities
Requirements:
Dispatch coordination experience in HVAC
Solid understanding of HVAC systems
Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, Service Titan, MS Outlook
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming service calls, ensuring exceptional customer experience
Coordinate with the service operations manager for efficient technician assignments
Maintain and update the dispatch board with accurate ticket comments
Respond promptly to overnight messages, ensuring follow-up by 9 am the next day
Schedule and coordinate demand service calls
Order and coordinate HVAC service parts as needed
