In partnership with our client, Randstad is hiring for Seasonal Call Center Representatives in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for Open Enrollment Season! Candidates must be located in Ft. Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls from customers regarding benefit enrollment
Authenticate callers, troubleshoot issues and answer questions related to plans
Provide basic information to help customers understand what is available and included in benefit packages
Complete other duties as assigned
