salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Enter invoices into accounting software deductions
Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
High volume processing experience, 2-way and 3-way match, POs and Non POs
Process bills for payment, ensure invoices are coded properly
Knowledgeable in large ERP software
Knowledagable in vendor set-up and vendor maintenance
Skilled with vendor statement reconcilation
Run reports and analyze information using excel; VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables is a plus
Audit and process credit card bills
Other projects or tasks assigned by Management as needed
