salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Analyze invoices for payment with regards to prices, deductions Review and reconcile bank statements
High volume processing experience, 2-way and 3-way match, POs
Process bills for payment
Knowledgeable in large ERP software
Knowledgeable in Excel
Run reports and analyze information using excel
Audit and process credit card bills
Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
Review invoices received from UPS or any freight forwarder to ensure shipment has been approved or posted to customer account.
Other projects or tasks assigned by Management as needed.
