salary: $25 - $26.44 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Maintain and update financial records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist with internal and external audits
Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payment issues
Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Bookkeeping (3 years of experience is required)
