As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Mechanical Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in our products.
Position Overview: As the Aerospace Mechanical Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality management system for our mechanical aerospace components. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards for mechanical aerospace components, in accordance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality and reliability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries, complaints, and audits, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the organization.
