The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the food production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality food products.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
