This is a position within an Accounts Receivable department that works primarily with Builder/Contractor customers, as well as management companies and wholesalers. Heavy emphasis on monthly billing through the completion of requisition spreadsheets for goods and services which have been delivered. The position pays $25-35/hour based on experience. Responsibilities
Monitor accounts on a daily basis and manage outstanding accounts receivable
Take actions in order to encourage timely payments (collections calls, emails, etc.)
Assist with payment application and reconciliation
Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
Communicate & follow up effectively with the sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
Resolve billing issues and discrepancies
Verify lien releases
Process credit applications
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Prepare monthly requisitions
Submission of invoices and requisitions via various e-filing platforms
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
