Responsibilities:
Perform soldering tasks according to specifications and industry standards.
Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards or other substrates.
Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve soldering-related issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Soldering Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in soldering techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of electronic components and assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Certification in soldering or electronics (preferred but not required).
