Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Monitor Operations Quality Performance and trigger corrective actions.
Serve as the Company's coordinator for all internal and external audits, including the review of findings, the implementation of corrective action, and the tracking of action completion.
Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
Set the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Inspect the final output, compare it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products.
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
Gain feedback from the clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
