job summary:
A Designer is needed for a utility holding company in the Eau Claire, WI (hybrid) area. This position is responsible to assist with a wide range of design and/or field support activities, including the process of the core billing functions (CIAC process), policy audit documentation and requirements, refundable reviews and other work as defined to ensure core business needs are being met and operational excellence is achieved.

responsibilities:
Assist with the distribution design role.
CIAC billing process. Bill out customer agreement.
Annual reviews. Look at projects that have been completed and refunds if applicable.
Candidate will be responsible to assist with a wide range of design and/or field support activities, including the process of the core billing functions (CIAC process), policy audit documentation and requirements, refundable reviews and other work as defined to ensure core business needs are being met and operational excellence is achieved.
Perform data entry and tracking of refundable work orders and provide capital budget reporting to various departments and ensure a high level of accuracy within all operating systems to support data integrity and process adherence.

Associate(Designer drafting, engineering or GIS) level or
2-4 years of designer, engineering, project manager experience.
